這是雞胸肉串烤. 機肉烤的剛好, 又嫩又多汁.

Combination of one juicy strip of charbroiled seasoned, lean ground beef and one juicy strip of charbroiled, seasoned, lean ground chicken.

這是用很少肥肉, 幾乎都是瘦肉的牛絞肉與雞絞肉的串烤. 因為是絞肉的關係, 我覺得口感沒有雞胸肉來的扎實好吃, 雖然也很讚啦, 不過我下次應該會點真的肉的串燒餐:)-

All entrees served with imported Basmatic rice & charbroiled tomato.

這米飯吃起來的口感很像泰國的香長米, 黃色的米飯不知是用何種香料下去煮出來的, 吃起來不錯, 很香. 一旁烤過的番茄切一切後混著流出的番茄湯汁與米飯一起吃, 真得很棒! 我以後在家也要自己來烤番茄配飯吃^^.

這家店以前叫Spires 是很傳統的的美式餐點連鎖餐廳 想不到後來變成了專賣中東菜色的Peris.
幸好有LivingSocial讓我知道了這家店, 離我住的地方又不遠, 即使不用折價券, 我還是會很樂意回來吃他們的其他餐點.
